Purses With Bling!

I had to have my first purse with that special bling three years ago. My special handbag is made of a beautiful black velvet with one side of the purse covered in rather large multi colored sequins. These sequins shimmer and shake with every move. This creative piece of artwork slides easily on the shoulder and holds all of my stuff. It is anything but discreet and is definitely a conversation piece.

I have had more compliments on this purse than any other that I have ever owned. When people first see it, they often warn me that I had better keep an eye on my purse because I might find it missing! Young and old alike find it appealing. Having a purse with bling is like wearing a decoration. That special bag is better than a fine piece of jewelry. It is a statement of your personal decor! The design is especially important to your overall presentation.

As the Christmas season begins, I carry my favorite purse everywhere. It sits proudly on my grocery cart while I cruise the isles and demurely at my side during an evening of fine dining! I have to admit that I have not taken this finely crafted purse to the gym as of yet. My gym bag will do just fine, thank you!

During lunch with a friend the other day, we compared our purses! This is not a normal avenue of conversation for me, but I wanted to show off my purse. Of course, she was very impressed with the sparkle of my bag! She pulled out a Kathy bag and began to share a story about her fifth graders. She is a teacher with a Kathy purse. To this point, I had never heard of a Kathy purse, but her little fifth graders spotted her purse and began to rave about the fact that she has a Kathy. My friend had passed the fashion test! What fun!

Life is too short to carry a boring purse! It is easier to buy one fun purse than lots of new clothes. That new purse will add chic to that old outfit in the closet by dressing it up! It can add a touch of class to an otherwise boring outfit! Like a leather handbag with glitz? Can you miss an opportunity like that?

When I travel, I am always looking for a unique bag to purchase. I have one zebra striped purse that I found in a little boutique shop which was attached to a gas station in some unknown East Texas town. It has lots of little pockets inside and out to compliment its cute print. I love that purse.

It is not the price that is important, but the appeal is vital. What color do you need and what purse reflects your style?

Christmas is over, but it is still cold outside. I am enjoying my purse for awhile longer. As the weather warms, I might pull out my zebra print bag. Maybe I will get lucky and find my next fashion statement. Are you ready to go shopping??
